Sono anni che mi servo... possibilità di sottovuoto per portare a casa e conservare a lungo la freschezza delle carni..... ovviamente bisogna saperlo cucinare l'equino.... specialità tagliata di puledro preparata da loro con spezie, già affettata o intera sottovuoto....
