★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da un periodo vedo molti clienti in meno,preso rotolo di vitello pieno di nervi all'interno, sabato ho preso tre tagliate e anche queste tante parti grasse......i tre etti di roastbeeef da fare con olio e limone era stoppa nella parte più cotta, dopo anni penso che cambierò macelleria.
