A	Alessandro Cavallini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A tutti coloro di corato e non solo, voglio portare la mia esperienza presso la macelleria Quinto, inizio con dire ,che i titolari sono di una gentilezza e professionalità ormai in via d'estinzione, poi hanno la miglior carne di cavallo che io abbia mai mangiato e altre prelibatezze da loro preparate e mi fermo qui vi dico solo se andate a corato passate da loro non ve ne pentirete io sono a vasto (ch) e almeno due o tre volte all'anno mi vado a fare la scorta e credetemi ne vale la pena, bravi e complimenti ragazzi avanti cosi! L'attuale gestione dei figli ha modernizzato e adattato alle esigenze della nuova generazione dei suoi clienti. Infatti sono disponibili numerosi preparati ad hoc per le più svariate esigenze di palati buongustai e ricercati. La vendita di carne equina, alimento leader dei Quinto,consente usi di ottima qualità di carne che ben pochi macellai vantano sul mercato. Quinto Sabino, cresciuto nella macelleria in età adolescenziale ha acquisito i segreti dei suoi precettori, nonno e padre, e con assoluta padronanza dispensa tagli per tutti gli usi trattando il cliente come se fosse sempre il migliore. Quinto Nunzio, con efficacia e attenzione prepara numerose pietanze da cuocere e via, curando l'andamento del front office con garbo e gentilezza verso i clienti. Che dire sono bravissimi e la carne è buonissima anche se una mia parente mi dice che a Lei non piace che la macchinetta per fare la salciccia non ce l'hanno a vista I am Coratino who has lived in Brescia for many years but every time I go to Corato I pass by these two good guys to buy horse sausage and strips which I sometimes carry vacuum-packed.
