L'impatto è molto positivo, locale essenziale, moderno e che rende subito l'idea della cura e della pulizia, ci sono varie proposte di preparazioni. Quindi ho acquistato più tipologie di carne dalla classica fettina a qualcosa di più particolare per avere modo di assaggiare diverse alternative... ma ahimè forse le nostre aspettative erano troppo alte! Qualità nella media, i miei figli non hanno gradito molto, la carne un po' in tutte le preparazioni si è rivelata asciutta e non tenerissima ? Tutto curato nei minimi dettagli, grande varietà di carni, tutto procede in modo spedito ed organizzato, non è una macelleria è una catena di montaggio! Bravi!!!! Well-stocked butcher's shop, clean, welcoming, friendly and competent owner and staff. Oggi che l'ho mangiata ho constatato l'ottima qualità della carne x carpaccio, della salsiccia e delle fettine x arrosto.Devo dire di non aver mai gustato tanta bontà di carne eccellente.
