I ragazzi che servono al bancone sono molto gentili e onesti, in particolare vorrei segnalare il ricalcolo del peso e del prezzo in seguito alla pulizia di una parte di scarto da una bistecca sfuggita la prima volta. Il ragazzo in questione ha ripesato la carne comunicandomi un costo più basso. Mi sono congratulato, saranno anche 30 centesimi in meno ma è il gesto (Non banale) che mi ha colpito. Altre volte è successa la stessa cosa altrove e questa "finezza" è sempre stata omessa. Solo per questo meritano 5 stelle!
Excellent butcher, very good meat, tender, tasty and at the right price. Very well supplied. The guys who serve at the counter are very kind and honest, in particular I would like to point out the recalculation of the weight and the price following the cleaning of a part of waste from a steak that escaped the first time. The boy in question reweighed the meat and told me a lower cost. I congratulated, it will also be 30 cents less but it is the gesture (not trivial) that struck me. Other times the same thing has happened elsewhere and this "subtlety" has always been omitted. For this alone they deserve 5 stars!
