Mettete almeno i rallentatori cribbio. Un po' d civiltà,così non è ammissibile davvero!!! Oltre a non rispondere al telefono e non capisco il perché visto che dovreste incentivare le persone a non andare negli uffici comunali x non creare assembramenti. Carta di identità, certificato, e cambio di residenza. Ore di attesa in coda con un caldo infernale! Aggiornatevi e rendete la vita più facile ai cittadini! It is absurd, we are in 2021 and here they still fill out the documents by hand without a PC, and it is even more absurd that there is 1 employee doing the work that 3 employees should do .. Identity card, certificate, and change of residence . Hours of waiting in line in hellish heat! Get up to speed and make life easier for citizens!

Per un rinnovo carta identità o un certificato si ritorna consecutivamente per oltre un mese rispettando orari di ufficio e giornate di ricevimento ma non viene garantito nessun servizio. Addirittura si vuole chiudere l'accesso all'ufficio prima dell'orario lavorativo previsto senza tener conto che ci sono persone che hanno chiesto permessi dal lavoro!...Non siamo orgogliosi di questa comunità. Se ci fossero stelle in negativo sicuramente avrebbe meritato qlc meno e non una stella! Inefficiency, disorganization, it seems to be in the prehistoric era but do they know they have invented the digital? For an identity card or certificate renewal, you return consecutively for over a month respecting office hours and reception days but no service is guaranteed. We even want to close access to the office before the scheduled working time without taking into account that there are people who have asked for permits from work! ... We are not proud of this community. If there were negative stars surely he would have deserved some less and not a star!
