La carne è di prima qualità, Hamburger, salsiccia, bombette e altre prelibatezze risolvono una cena all'ultimo minuto... che dire poi dei magnifici arrosti che preparano su ordinazione e delle Fiorentine tagliate direttamente dal proprietario!!!! Qualità e cortesia sono la parola d'ordine.
Rapporto qualità prezzo indiscutibili!!!! Sicuramente la miglior macelleria del Salento!!!!! Complimenti!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La macelleria di Piero è un piccolo negozio a conduzione famigliare del quale Piero, il proprietario, si occupa personalmente della rigorosa selezione e macellazione delle bestie. Nella mia vita ho avuto modo di mangiare diversi tagli di care di cavallo proveniente da posti diversi, ma dopo aver assaggiato le delizie di Piero non ho potuto fare a meno di tornarci altre quattro volte - avrei prolungato le vacanze solo per poter fare qualche altra grigliata. Devo essere sincero, un sapore così intenso è veramente difficile trovarlo. Se per caso vi capitasse di passare dalle parti di Castrignano non esitata a passare da questa macelleria, vi sapranno offrire prodotti di qualità eccezionale (io vi consiglio di assaggiare la panera/pendaglia, le bombette e, ovviamente, la super costata di cavallo). In aggiunta, se vi mancherà un posto per grigliare e dormire, vi consiglio anche di passare almeno una notte nel piccolo gioiello di Piero: una masseria tenuta in maniera impeccabile, accogliente, ma sopratutto ben fornita e con prodotti freschi della terra (se chiedete a Piero sono certo che due uova fresche o dei pomodorini appena raccolti ve li darà).
In tutto ciò rimane solo un unico problema, una volta che provi la carne e soggiorni in Masseria non potrai più farne a meno - da qualche anno a questa qualche giorno da Piero non me lo toglie nessuno.
The butcher shop in Piero is a small family-run shop of which Piero, the owner, personally takes care of the rigorous selection and slaughter of the animals. In my life I have had the opportunity to eat several cuts of horse care from different places, but after tasting Piero's delights I could not help going back four more times - I would have extended the holidays just to be able to do some more barbecues . I have to be honest, such an intense flavor is really difficult to find. If by chance you happen to pass by the parts of Castrignano not hesitated to go to this butcher shop, they will be able to offer you products of exceptional quality (I recommend you to taste the panera / pendaglia, the bowler hats and, of course, the super horse rib). In addition, if you miss a place to grill and sleep, I also recommend you to spend at least one night in the small jewel of Piero: a farm kept impeccably, welcoming, but above all well-stocked and with fresh products of the earth (if you ask Piero I am sure that two fresh eggs or freshly picked cherry tomatoes will give them to you).
In all this there is only one problem, once you try the meat and stay in the Masseria you can no longer do without it - from a few years to this a few days at Piero's nobody takes it away from me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Semplicemente una parola... unico! Ho avuto il piacere di conoscere Piero e i suoi prodotti l'estate scorsa e devo dire che non ne posso fare più a meno! La qualità e il servizio è semplicemente incredibile. Si vede che Piero è davvero esperto e grande conoscitore di carne ed è sempre pronto a darti un consiglio, qualora tu sia in dubbio su metodi di cottura e preparazione di piatti! Raccomando la mitica costata di cavallo che è davvero la migliore io abbia mai mangiato in vita mia. Ottimo lavoro davvero, non vedo l'ora di tornare a trovarti al più presto e godermi una bella bistecca nelle suggestive scene della masseria! Un grande abbraccio a tutto il team della Macelleria e a presto.
Simply a word ... unique! I had the pleasure of meeting Peter and its products last summer and I must say that I can not do more for less! The quality and service is simply incredible. You see that Piero is truly expert and connoisseur of meat and is always ready to give you some advice, if you are in doubt about cooking methods and preparation of dishes! I recommend the rib of mythical horse that is really the best I've ever eaten in my life. Really good job, I can't wait to come back and see you soon and enjoy a nice steak in the suggestive farm scenes! A big hug to all the team of Butcher and soon.

Lo vedi Piero ci mette l'anima nel suo lavoro e Lucia li accompagna con la sua gentilezza e competenza. Siamo stati una settimana nella loro masseria, che vi consiglio vivamente e l'ultimo giorno a malincuore siamo andati a salutarli. Non c'è stato nulla da fare, Piero, nonostante Il viaggio di ritorno che dovevamo fare in treno, ci ha confezionato con cura, a dir poco maniacale delle fettine da portare a casa. Avrei potuto fare un viaggio di tre giorni con quell'involucro. Grazie. Ti ordinerò sicuramente un bel pacco da mandare in Piemonte.
