Locale piccolo e stretto piastrelle sul muro d’entrata come una volta …!!! Personale non gentilissimo ! Non la consiglio. Mi avete consegnato la costata piena di pezzi di osso dappertutto! Sembrava fosse stata massacrata a bastonate!! Carne discreta, nulla di eccezionale. Qualità decisamente non da macelleria. Troppo magra e sapore troppo "delicato", di certo inadatta a chi piace la carne gustosa e saporita. Avevo perfino chiesto di non sgrassarla ma di lasciare un po' di grasso bianco per darle più sapore e più morbidezza in fase di cottura, ma nemmeno quello è bastato. Prezzi decisamente alti anche per una macelleria e personale non tra i più gentili in città.
