Excellent indeed I would say excellent. Last week I had the pleasure of buying ready-made first courses, a delicacy. It felt like I went back in time many years, when it was my mother or my grandmother who cooked. Kudos to Mrs. Cook.

Quando sono entrata con un Cocker taglia media( ero l'unIca cliente in quel momento) mi è stato detto di lasciare il cane fuori perché i clienti abituali non sarebbero più andati da loro se avessero saputo che avrebbero fatto entrare cani nel loro locale. Ero andata lì solo per un pollo allo spiedo. Visto il mio rifiuto di lasciare il cane fuori, mi è stato detto di andare anche io fuori ed il pollo me lo avrebbero portato loro lì fuori. Mi sono rifiutata nuovamente e finalmente in 10 minuti mi hanno dato il pollo e sono andata via. Peccato! Il pollo era discreto. Avrei dato anche 4 stelle.
Per correttezza devo aggiungere che sono tornata in questa macelleria, PURTROPPO SENZA CANE, e la qualità della carne è ottima. Ho chiesto un misto di tritato per il ragù che è risultato buonissimo. Cambio la mia valutazione con il massimo delle stelle. E confermo la bontà e freschezza del pollo allo spiedo.
Sapete, però, che l'ingresso è VIETATO ai CANI.
It is not accessible to dogs. When I came in with a medium sized Cocker (I was the only customer at the time) I was told to leave the dog outside because the regulars would no longer go to them if they knew they were going to let dogs into their venue. I only went there for a spit-roasted chicken. Seeing my refusal to leave the dog outside, I was told to go outside too and they would take the chicken for me out there. I refused again and finally in 10 minutes they gave me the chicken and I left. Sin! The chicken was ok. I would have given even 4 stars.
To be fair I must add that I returned to this butcher shop, UNFORTUNATELY WITHOUT A DOG, and the quality of the meat is excellent. I asked for a mixture of minced meat for the sauce which turned out very good. I change my rating with maximum stars. And I confirm the goodness and freshness of the spit-roasted chicken.
You know, however, that entry is FORBIDDEN to DOGS.
