Eccellente qualità della materia prima.
Vasta varietà di preparati (per gli involtini c'è l'imbarazzo della scelta), cotolette di tutti i tuoi (al limone ? e alla palermitana le migliori) panate e ripiene, una delle tante specialità sono le crocchette di patate, pasta al forno e lasagne già pronte solo da informare.

Excellent quality of the raw material.
Wide variety of preparations (for the rolls there is plenty of choice), cutlets of all yours (with lemon ? and Palermo's best) breaded and stuffed, one of the many specialties are potato croquettes, baked pasta and ready-made lasagna just to inform.
