La carne è tenera e fresca,oltre alla cortesia dei proprietari. L attività è a conduzione familiare e stanno facendo un ottimo lavoro. La consiglio vivamente Historic restaurant offering excellent quality horse meat. I think one of the best in Rome. The meat is tender and fresh, in addition to the courtesy of the owners. The business is family run and they are doing a great job. I highly recommend it

I prodotti gia' pronti come le polpette,gli hamburger o le panate sono come fatte in casa.Grazie di essere sempre molto attenti alle mie richieste riguardo le intolleranze alimentari dei miei bambini. Definitely the best in Rome. I've tried pretty much everything from steaks to sausages. Ready-made products such as meatballs, hamburgers or breadcrumbs are like homemade. Thank you for always being very attentive to my requests regarding the food intolerances of my children.

La carne è ottima e la mamma di Andrea prepara un sacco di cose pronte da cucinare. Andateci e non fatevi sfuggire il pannicolo u n taglio speciale molto buono We have been serving ourselves in this horse butchery for many years. Andrea and his mother carry on the business in an exemplary way with competence, sympathy and cordiality. The meat is excellent and Andrea's mother prepares a lot of things ready to cook. Comunque lo raccomando la carne e validissima. .. Complimenti per l'ottima qualità a prezzi non esagerati. Despite the small size of the place, there is a great choice of horse meat which I have always found particularly good.
