★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo ordinato la mattina per la stessa sera circa 6 kg di salsicce (eravamo 20 amici). Ci ha servito in modo ottimo, la qualità della carne è spettacolare. Ci torneremo sicuramente!
We ordered about 6 kg of sausages in the morning (we were 20 friends). He served us very well, the quality of the meat is spectacular. We will definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Macelleria storica. Francesco, figlio d'arte, vende solo ottima carne di allevatori locali di Chianina e di cui cura sia la macellazione che la frollatura. Suino di cinta senese superlativo come i salumi e i salati. Consigliatissimo per chi ama la Ciccia ma quella vera (come dice lui) ... Ottimo anche il pollame sempre locale e allevato a terra .... CONSIGLIATISSIMO ...
Historic butcher. Francesco, son of art, sells only excellent meat from local Chianina breeders and takes care of both the slaughtering and the maturation. Superlative Cinta Senese pork such as salami and salted meats. Highly recommended for those who love Ciccia but the real one (as he says) ... Also excellent is the poultry always local and raised on the ground .... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ...
