Chiedo la provenienza e il tempo di frollatura, con uno scazzo incredibile, mi si risponde a sillabe che avevano solo 30 giorni di frollatura. Dopo due minuti indico un taglio e mi viene detto che quello ha 90 giorni di frollatura....bho.... Alla fine ho dovuto scegliere a caso, nonostante abbia chiesto consiglio. La carne sarà super, non ho dubbi, ma seguire il cliente è una parte del lavoro, se si vuole vendere carne frollata. Peccato, speriamo nella prossima volta. Semplicemente 2 tonnellate di carne di altissima qualità sempre disponibili, a vari stadi di frollatura. Semplicemente anche con online shop e spedizione o ritiro in loco. Semplicemente... oltre! Simply the best butcher in Genoa. Simply kind, simply helpful, simply attentive and excellent communicators. Simply 2 tons of high quality meat always available, at various stages of maturation. Simply also with online shop and shipping or collection on site. Simply ... beyond!

M	MultiL1991 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ la carne è ottima... però ci sono parecchie mancanze... intanto se uno ordina online pagando anticipatamente (non poco) non può farsi la coda di 6 persone fuori dal negozio.. l ordine eseguito il giorno prima non era neanche stato preparato... e poi un po'di cortesia ed educazione al banco non guasterebbe... c'è uno scazzo incredibile... the meat is excellent ... but there are many shortcomings ... meanwhile, if one orders online by paying in advance (not a little), one cannot queue for 6 people outside the shop .. the order placed the day before was not even prepared ... and then a little courtesy and education at the counter wouldn't hurt ... there is an incredible scazzo ...

Di recente abbiamo anche assaporato degli hamburger “alla Texana” davvero squisiti. Complimenti!!! We have had the opportunity on several occasions to get the meat in this butcher's shop and I must admit that it has always been of high quality.
