Io ho scoperto questa braceria per puro caso e ci sono già stata più volte. Situata fuori dal centro di Mola (quindi, nessun problema di parcheggio), ha una saletta interna per i mesi invernali e una piccola terrazza all’aperto per il periodo estivo. Personalmente, ho trovato la qualità della carne davvero eccellente e vi assicuro che di bracerie ne ho girate. C’è una varietà di prodotti incredibile, minuziosamente (e pazientemente) descritti da Alessandro, il proprietario, ad ogni singolo cliente e non sarei in grado davvero di dirvi quale preferisco perchè è davvero tutto buono e, soprattutto, cotto alla perfezione (e la brace, contrariamente a ciò che si pensa, bisogna saperla fare...). Possibilità di gustare carne su pietra lavica o, in alcuni periodi, delle ottime brasciole, accompagnando il tutto con vino della casa e altri contorni (patatine fritte o al forno, focaccia, salumi, formaggi, verdure, ecc) I ragazzi del servizio ai tavoli, contrariamente a quanto leggo, sono sempre molto educati e cortesi. Se proprio dovessi trovare un difetto, direi che i prezzi sono un tantino al di sopra della media, ma la qualità - ahimè - si fa pagare. Honestly, I am surprised by the reviews from a star and, unless there has been some particular problem, I do not understand such a severe judgment. I discovered this grill by pure chance and I have already been there several times. Located outside the center of Mola (therefore, no parking problems), it has an internal room for the winter months and a small outdoor terrace for the summer. Personally, I found the quality of the meat to be truly excellent and I assure you that I have turned to braceries. There is an incredible variety of products, meticulously (and patiently) described by Alessandro, the owner, to every single customer and I would not be able to really tell you which one I prefer because it is really all good and, above all, cooked to perfection (and the embers, contrary to what you think, you have to know how to do it ...). Opportunity to taste meat on lava stone or, in some periods, excellent brasciole, accompanying everything with house wine and other side dishes (french fries or baked, focaccia, salami, cheeses, vegetables, etc.) Contrary to what I read, the guys from the table service are always very polite and courteous. If I had to find a fault, I would say that the prices are a little above the average, but the quality - alas - gets paid.
