Roberto ha carne di qualità con tanti tagli diversi e particolari. Massimiliano, il figlio, sa sempre quali aromi, formaggi, vini e tipologie di salse e miele accostare alla carne scelta.
Lo consiglio vivamente perché per la mia famiglia è diventato un vero punto di riferimento, in tutte le occasioni, soprattutto per pranzi e cene di qualità.

I have known Bayslach Butcher for years and, personally, also the owners. Since we met them, we only buy from them. Mr. Roberto has quality meat with many different and particular cuts. Massimiliano, the son, always knows which aromas, cheeses, wines and types of sauces and honey to combine with the chosen meat.
I highly recommend it because it has become a real point of reference for my family, on all occasions, especially for quality lunches and dinners.

As always a guarantee! I have been serving in this butcher's shop for years and I can say that they have always traveled on a very high quality standard. Prices are commensurate with quality! the assortment is more than varied. The meat is of first choice and the ingredients of first quality! The preparations (such as meatballs and chicken stuffed with plums and chestnuts are always impeccable) Roberto, friendly and competent!
