★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bravo e competente, quando mi concedo il lusso di comprare una tagliata è tra i miei preferiti come macellaio e come qualità del prodotto, usa carne di scottona piemontese solitatamte, che ripulisce certosinamente di ogni fibra di grasso, ma apprezzo anche il suo macinato di manzo che viene tritato al momento, buono anche il petto di pollo e il roastbeef cotto da lui stesso 2 giorni a settimana devo ancora provare il pollo allo spiedo...Ancora non ho capito (mea culpa)...Quando li prepara.
Tra le sue lavorazioni anche tante altre specialità come arrostiti e tanto altro.
