Contattati martedì mattina mi viene detto di tenermi disponibile a fine giornata perché potrebbero passare, ma che ”prima mi avrebbero chiamato”. Passa la giornata e la giornata successiva, il giovedì richiamo e mi dicono che forse oggi, più probabile domani, ma in caso di tenermi libero il sabato mattina e che comunque ”prima mi avrebbero chiamato”. Venerdì pomeriggio ancora nessuna notizia, chiamo per avere informazioni e la persona che "mi segue" non c'è e “mi richiamerà” lunedì. Capisco il tanto lavoro in questo periodo, ma questo continuo rimandare senza aver una data o almeno una richiamata è snervante. E intanto il freddo continua. Spendo una follia... l'anno successivo il clima non va ancora!!!. Richiamo per assistenza mi dicono che non fanno più assistenza su Samsung!!. Complimenti..dei ladri patentati!!!! Serious company. M	Massimiliano B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contattati direttamente dalla Daikin in quanto il mio impianto, installato due anni fa da un'altra ditta, ma ancora in garanzia, non funzionava più. Dopo aver constatato qual era il guasto - non velocissimamente un pò per via del periodo (piena estate) un pò perché sono necessari tempi tecnici per la verifica, ed è comprensibile - e capito che non dipendeva dalla macchina e dagli split ma da un "errore" in fase di installazione, hanno provveduto ad informare loro stessi la ditta installatrice spiegando loro la situazione. In sostanza si sono fatti portavoce del mio problema (il tipo di guasto, non dipendendo dalla macchina e dagli splìt, non era coperto dalla garanzia) e sono riusciti ad evitarmi le spese accollandole alla ditta che mi aveva fatto il lavoro. Ho trovato grande comprensione, professionalità e serietà; con Idroclima s.r.l., che ha preso a cuore il problema, ma anche con la ditta che a suo tempo mi aveva fatto il lavoro. È stato un piacere avervi incontrato!!! Per fortuna esistono Aziende così serie ed oneste. Contacted directly by Daikin as my system, installed two years ago by another company, but still under warranty, no longer worked. After having ascertained what the fault was - not very quickly a little because of the period (high summer) a little because technical times are needed for the verification, and it is understandable - and understood that it did not depend on the machine and the splits but on an "error "During the installation phase, they informed the installation company themselves, explaining the situation to them. Basically, they became spokespersons for my problem (the type of breakdown, not depending on the machine and splits, was not covered by the warranty) and managed to avoid the costs by taking them on to the company that had done the work for me. I found great understanding, professionalism and seriousness; with Idroclima s.r.l., which took the problem to heart, but also with the company that had done the job for me at the time. It was a pleasure to have met you !!! Fortunately, there are companies that are so serious and honest.
