viene utilizzato un unico tagliere per pollo e bovino il quale non viene igienizzato in alcun modo.
L'operatore inoltre non si lava le mani dopo aver maneggiato carne di pollo o soldo, passa direttamente a lavorare altra carne.
Infine Pur trattandosi di un caso straordinario durante la mia permanenza nel punto vendita (circa 15 minuti) sulla carne erano presenti una penna e un tratto penso, che ovviamente non dovrebbero stare sulla carne.
Sconsiglio vivamente questa macelleria

a single chopping board is used for chicken and cattle which is not sanitized in any way.
The operator also does not wash his hands after handling chicken or penny meat, he goes directly to processing other meat.
Finally Although this is an extraordinary case during my stay in the store (about 15 minutes) on the meat there was a pen and suddenly I think, which obviously should not be on the meat.
I strongly advise against this butcher shop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che dire.... 50 euro al kg il prosciutto crudo.... Nemmeno fosse oro. Nemmeno una bella coscia poi. Se fosse stato esposto il prezzo non l avrei preso! E poi la signora, bene che aiuta il marito ma I GUANTI VANNO CAMBIATI OGNI VOLTA che si finisce di fare cassa! Non IGIENIZZATI! Terribile
What can I say .... 50 euros per kg for raw ham .... It wasn't even gold. Not even a nice thigh then. If the price had been displayed I would not have taken it! And then the lady, well she helps her husband but THE GLOVES MUST BE CHANGED EVERY TIME you stop making cash! Not SANITIZED! Terrible
