Il banco è un tripudio di carni e preparazioni di gastronomia (polpettoni, cotolette impanate, olive, pomodori secchi, verdure ripiene, straccetti ai funghi e speck, ecc).
La macelleria offre anche pietanze cotte e una buona scelta di salumi e formaggi, nonché vini, insaporitori, sottoli, pasta, latte e uova.
Quello che più mi piace è poter parlare con Giannino, chiedere consiglio sulla giusta carne per ogni piatto e sulla corretta cottura di ogni tipo di taglio o di animale.

What I like most is being able to talk to Giannino, ask for advice on the right meat for each dish and on the correct cooking of each type of cut or animal.
