Considerato che si era nel periodo natalzio, hanno ordinato il ricambio e come ricevuto hanno provveduto alla sostituzione in orario concordato. Posso solo utilizzare i seguenti aggettivi: professionali, puntuali, cortesi ed onesti.
I contacted them by phone for the washing machine door seal, then managed everything through WhatsApp, up to the replacement. Considering that it was in the Christmas period, they ordered the replacement and as received they provided for the replacement at the agreed time. I can only use the following adjectives: professional, punctual, courteous and honest.
