La signora che lavora lì si è pure offerta di incontrarmi prima dell'orario di apertura per inserire i dati delle spedizioni con calma. Se dovete spedire con DHL vi consiglio di andare da loro!
I sent documents through their DHL service point, very helpful staff who agreed to my every request. The lady who works there also offered to meet me before opening hours to enter the shipment details calmly. If you have to ship with DHL I recommend you go to them!
