Degne di note la genuinità e la digeribilità di ogni pietanza, dagli antipasti alla pizza. Estro e fantasia non dimenticano certe ricette tradizionali, sapori autentici ma declinati in maniera giovane e gustosa. Fritti ben eseguiti, talmente croccanti e leggeri da poterne mangiare senza mai sentire l'olio avvolgere la bocca. Allo stesso modo, pizza lievitata alla perfezione con proposta di abbinamenti superbi, senza dimenticare la canonicità di certi connubi. Il servizio è un ulteriore punto a favore: affabile, sorridente, veloce, preciso.

Worthy of note is the genuineness and digestibility of every dish, from appetizers to pizza. Inspiration and imagination do not forget certain traditional recipes, authentic flavors but declined in a young and tasty way. Well done fried, so crunchy and light that you can eat them without ever feeling the oil envelop your mouth. Likewise, pizza leavened to perfection with superb combinations, without forgetting the canonicity of certain combinations. The service is a further plus point: friendly, smiling, fast, precise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The atmosphere of the Maccarese old village is the perfect frame for pleasuring one of the best pizzas you can find on the cost North of Rome. Excellent food, enjoyable artisanal beers, attentive service and very reasonable prices make Maccarè unbeatable for the time being. Congratulations to the owner and the staff.
