Non ne posso fare a meno, un gusto complesso ed originale , buonissimi.
Lavoratorio e personale all altezza del prodotto !

I can not do without it, a complex and original taste, delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ fidandomi delle informazioni contenute su google maps sono andata appositamente per acquistare dei macaron...ed invece è chiuso...per una maggiore cura della clientela, credo sarebbe utile preoccuparsi di aggiornare le informazioni...
trusting the information contained on google maps I went specifically to buy macaroons ... and instead it is closed ... for greater customer care, I think it would be useful to worry about updating the information ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sulla qualita del prodotto nulla da dire, il problema sta nel rispetto e nella educazione che si dovrebbe dimostrare verso i clienti.
Fortuna ci sono altri posti dove acquistare!
Nothing to say about the quality of the product, the problem lies in the respect and education that should be shown towards customers.
Luckily there are other places to shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho scoperto il laboratorio questa mattina ed è veramente fantastico!!! Ancora non ho assaggiato i bellissimi e coloratissimi macaron che ho acquistato ma solo per come sono stati confezionati meritano 4 stelle!!! Poi per la cortesia e la gentilezza della proprietaria, si dovrebbe arrivare a 8 stelle!!! Mi ha riempito l'interno dei macaron facendomi scegliere il gusto che preferivo. Sono arrivato al laboratorio e sono rimasto colpito già dalla vetrina e dai prodotti esposti. Se siete come me amanti di questo tipo di dolci, vi invito a visitare il laboratorio e mi darete ragione!!!
I discovered the laboratory this morning and it is truly fantastic !!! I still have not tasted the beautiful and colorful macarons that I purchased but only for how they were packaged deserve 4 stars !!! Then for the courtesy and kindness of the owner, it should be 8 stars !!! He filled the inside of the macaroons making me choose the flavor I preferred. I arrived at the laboratory and was already impressed by the showcase and the products on display. If you are like me lovers of this type of sweets, I invite you to visit the laboratory and you will give me reason !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Allora, mi sono sincerato di assaggiare diversi macarons in giro per Roma per avere un termine di paragone e a distanza di quasi un anno mi accingo a rilasciare la recensione: a Dicembre ho fatto il compleanno e mi è stata regalata una piramide di macarons da 60 unità. Data la favolosa presentazione del prodotto da parte delle stesse proprietarie, uso esclusivo di materie prime di qualità, coloranti aromi totalmente naturali, la "garanzia" che da loro si rifornissero (almeno un tempo) i dipendenti dell'ambasciata francese in Italia, mi aspettavo esplosioni di felicità ad ogni morso... Avrebbero dovuto essere 20 gusti... Ebbene, se siamo riusciti a riconoscerne 5 è grasso che cola. Era solo ed esclusivamente crema di burro. Una delusione totale. Tant'è che non comprerò mai più nulla da loro
So, I made sure to taste different macarons around Rome to have a term of comparison and after almost a year I am going to release the review: in December I had my birthday and I was given a pyramid of 60 units macarons . Given the fabulous presentation of the product by the owners themselves, exclusive use of quality raw materials, totally natural flavoring dyes, the "guarantee" that the employees of the French embassy in Italy were supplied by them (at least once), I expected bursts of happiness with each bite ... It should have been 20 flavors ... Well, if we could recognize 5 of them it's runny grease. It was just and exclusively butter cream. A total disappointment. So much so that I will never buy anything from them again
