Today I was passing through Rome and I had a sudden loss of a water connection I went to the Auto Center and found courtesy and professionalism.
F	Francesco Ricca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovevo partire la sera, ma avevo i fari dell'auto danneggiati. Ho chiamato diverse ditte in zona, ma nessuna è stata disponibile a fare il lavoro in giornata. Loro sono stati gentilissimi, ho lasciato l'auto alle 13.00 ed alle 18.00 era pronta, mi sostituito tutte le luci ed ho pagato 35€ , quindi non hanno neanche approfittato della mia urgenza. Sono molto soddisfatto. Li consiglio per disponibilità e onestà. I had to leave in the evening, but my car headlights were damaged. I called several companies in the area, but none were available to do the job the same day. They were very kind, I left the car at 13.00 and at 18.00 it was ready, I replaced all the lights and I paid € 35, so they didn't even take advantage of my urgency. I am very satisfied. I recommend them for availability and honesty.

Per questioni di emergenza mi son trovata costretta a portare la mia auto da loro, ho spiegato quale fosse il problema (leggero rumore/sfregamento quando giravo lo sterzo) e ho aspettato che la guardasse. Dopo 2 ore son ritornata e mi è stato detto qual'era il problema (non risolvibile, secondo loro, in una giornata ed un problema totalmente diverso da quello che era realmente) per cui non è stato possibile effettuare nessun intervento sull'auto. Al che, per questione di educazione, chiedo quanto dovevo per il "disturbo" e mi è stato risposto "35€", ma ecco la sorpresa! Tiro fuori il mio bancomat e mi sento dire "se paga col bancomat devo metterci l'iva quindi sono 42€". Scioccata e incredula, porgo il bancomat e dico "ovviamente". Non tornerò mai più!!! Se per un semplice "controllo" mi son stati chiesti 42€ non oso immaginare quanto ci sarebbe voluto se avesse sostituito qualcosa! Ragazzo scortese e maleducato. Ho chiesto se secondo lui potevo camminare e la risposta è stata "si si, ti devo dire no? Se ti devo dire no ti dico lasciami la macchina no?! Se non ti fidi son fatti tuoi". Ormai la maleducazione e l'illegalità regnano sovrane!!! Bad experience. For emergency reasons I found myself forced to bring my car to them, I explained what the problem was (slight noise / rubbing when I turned the steering) and I waited for her to look at it. After 2 hours I returned and was told what the problem was (not resolvable, in their opinion, in a day and a totally different problem from what it really was) so it was not possible to carry out any intervention on the car. To which, for reasons of education, I ask how much I owed for the "disturbance" and I was answered "€ 35", but here's the surprise! I take out my ATM and I am told "if you pay with an ATM, I have to put the VAT there, so it's 42 €". Shocked and incredulous, I offer the ATM and say "obviously". I will never go back !!! If for a simple "check" I was asked 42 € I dare not imagine how long it would have taken if he had replaced something! Rude and rude guy. I asked if he thought I could walk and the answer was "yes yes, I have to say no to you? If I have to say no, I tell you leave me the car, right ?! If you do not trust, they are yours". By now rudeness and lawlessness reign supreme !!!

Sono decisamente i guru dell auto, qualsiasi problema riescono a capirlo in breve tempo , e una volta andati da loro di problemi non se ne sente più parlare per un bel po. Persone davvero alla mano e gentili. Ce ne fossero di meccanici così... They are the absolute best in the whole Eur, not only are they competent but they solve really impossible things. They are definitely the gurus of the car, they can understand any problem in a short time, and once they have gone to them, they no longer hear about it for a long time. Really easygoing and kind people. There were mechanics like that ...

Ottima la consiglio. Mechanical workshop run by father and son excellent kind and honest professionals, experts on all types of cars with computer tools for diagnostics. Excellent recommend.
