a	acdl acdl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ solito store dove si vende make up senza assistenza al cliente. per cui i tester sono molto usati anche a vuoto da clienti a volte assolutamente non interessati all acquisto soprattutto da ragazzine in vena di divertimento. per il resto i prodotti sono mediamente validi assolutamente attuali nei colori alla moda.. usual store where make-up is sold without customer assistance. so the testers are used a lot even empty by customers who are sometimes absolutely not interested in buying, especially by girls in the mood for fun. for the rest the products are on average valid absolutely up-to-date in trendy colors ..

El 30 de diciembre fui a devolverlo ya q mi suegra me había regalado maquillaje, sombras, pintalabios... todo de MAC. Como podéis ver en la foto, en el ticket no se especifica plazo de devolución y tampoco dicen que no se devuelve el dinero. Pedí la devolución del dinero porque no necesitaba nada, y además soy de Madrid. La chica fue muy desagradable y no me dió ninguna explicación. Todo estaba en perfecto estado. On December 28, I bought a makeup and concealer. On December 30 I went to return it since my mother-in-law had given me makeup, shadows, lipstick ... all from MAC. As you can see in the photo, the ticket does not specify a return period and they do not say that the money is not returned. I asked for the money back because I didn't need anything, and I'm also from Madrid. The girl was very nasty and gave me no explanation. Everything was in perfect condition.
S	Sara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata in questo negozio per acquistare dei prodotti ( fondotinta e correttore), la commessa con capelli corti era sola e sicuramente non riusciva a prestare attenzione a più persone. Mi ha consigliato dei prodotti sbagliati (molto scuri, ho sempre preso toni che andavano sul porcellana, ed ero arancione) e io mi sono fidata poiché non sono una grande esperta di make-up come invece avrebbe dovuto esserlo lei. Sono tornata il giorno dopo perché non ero soddisfatta dei prodotti acquistati ( non ho speso poco) e il collega guardando i prodotti e poi me mi ha confermato che uno dei due sicuramente non era adatto per il mio incarnato. Ha chiamato la collega la quale invece ha confermato che erano quelli giusti per me e che comunque li avevo provati. Un po’ stizzita mi ha cambiato la marce e mi ha dato quelli di una tonalità più chiara(comunque ancora troppo scuri ), come minimo avrebbe dovuto dedicarmi un pochino di tempo per capire meglio quale prodotto fosse meglio per me, ma anche questa volta è stata frettolosa. Non ci tornerò più perché può capitare di sbagliare nel consigliare, ma qui si tratta propio di liquidare il cliente con prodotti sbagliati. Ho trovato lo stesso prodotto su zalando ad costo minore con tutti le spiegazioni necessarie per la scelta ed è andata bene. Perciò per me l’esperienza è stata totalmente negativa. I will never go back because it can happen to make a mistake in recommending, but here it is just a matter of liquidating the customer with the wrong products. I found the same product on zalando at a lower cost with all the necessary explanations for the choice and it went well. So for me the experience was totally negative.

La prima volta il commesso mi ha liquidata dicendomi non troverai nulla qui del tuo incarnato mentre si dirigeva sul retro. Poi ho tentato di dare una seconda possibilità, volevo acquistare un fondotinta, mi sono recata con il mio colore di riferimento e la commessa mi voleva palesemente vendere un colore che non era adatto a me, mi ha fatto la prova sul collo con una goccia invisibile dicendomi "questo è perfetto".. allego foto con sotto il mio colore e sopra il colore che ha detto essere perfetto per me!
