Mi ero recata apposta per fare un acquisto importante, e stavo dando un'occhiata alle varie marche. Una ragazza bionda e abbastanza in carne, si è avvicinata per aiutarmi. Nel rimettere a posto un prodotto ho fatto cadere un tester. Mi sono scusata ma la ragazza mi ha urlato in faccia: "Ecco perché le cose non le facciamo toccare a voi clienti". Devo menzionare la dolcezza di una una commessa (una ragazza co i capelli corti) e la pazienza della titolare che non mi ha fatto pagare il tester (ERA un tester, nonostante la signora abbia negato) MA la ragazza bionda ha continuato a lanciarmi occhiate terribili e sentendomi a disagio mi sono limitata a un prodotto e me ne sono andata chiedendo scusa nel modo più educato possibile. Farò i miei acquisti altrove, però peccato... adoravo questo negozio. Anche se abito a Bergamo, da allora è il mio punto esclusivo di riferimento e di acquisto per creme e cosmetici. La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile, delicata e discreta non ti sta addosso e ti lascia guardare con calma i prodotti in esposizione. Ci torno sempre molto volentieri.
