Aspettative: accoglienza garbata, trattamento competente e professionale, rispetto e cura verso il cliente. Esperienza vissuta: commessa incopetente, ignara dei prodotti presenti su 3 metri quadrati di stand, commenti sarcastici sul rossetto della cliente, impossibilità di avere un pacchetto regalo su una spesa di 50€, chiusura della cassa con conteggio dei soldi di fronte al cliente, con faccia schifata e stizzita. Conclusioni: le mie scarpe non calcheranno mai più il suolo de La Rinascente e molto difficilmente mi recherò nuovamente in un negozio MAC. Vergogna. Claudia la ragazza che si è occupata di me è stata molto simpatica e professionale, il suo trucco molto bello ed elegante, unico neo e consiglio, mettete in preventivo di spendere di più, difficilmente pagherete la cifra giusta poiché i prodotti sono abbastanza carucci e non sono quasi mai a cifra tonda, e anche se si volesse evitare di superare la cifra (come volevo fare io visto che avevo i soldi quasi contati) lasciando la differenza non si può fare perché non tornerebbero i conti in cassa... La cassiera risponde che non può darmelo perché deve essere delle dimensioni dell' acquisto facendomi intuire che con un sacchetto più grande avrei potuto rubare. Scendo e chiedo al piano terra e gentilmente una ragazza con i capelli rossi asseconda la mia richiesta. La cassiera che pensa di essere la proprietaria della Rinascente ha i capelli verdi sulle punte e lavora nella zona beauty purtroppo non ho letto il nome perché sarebbe da licenziare talmente è scortese.
