★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il voto della recensione non è dato più di tanto dal prodotto, ma dal trattamento verso il cliente , il quale è stato estremamente scortese, indisponente e sbrigativo. Ho commissionato un certo numero di patch, ma che sono state realizzate contro le specifiche fornite via telefonica, quando sono stato richiamato per risolvere il problema in questione sembrava che io me le dovessi tenere e non si sarebbero potute farne di nuove siccome il tempo a disposizione rimasto era troppo poco (e a detta sua ci sarebbero voluti 10gg lavorativi). Alla fine ci siamo accordati per un rimborso totale, ma, con mio stupore, il giorno seguente ho ricevuto una mail con su scritto che le patch sarebbero state realizzate in tempo (nonostante al telefono fu più volte ribadito, in maniera anche un pò aggressiva, da lui che non vi era la possibilità) e cosa ancora più incredibile dopo sole 8h dalla mail l'ordine era pronto, ciò mi ha fatto sentire alquanto preso in giro. Rimane comunque un prodotto realizzato bene.
The rating of the review is not given that much by the product, but by the treatment towards the customer, who was extremely rude, irritating and hasty. I have commissioned a number of patches, but which were made against the specifications provided by telephone, when I was called back to resolve the issue in question it seemed that I had to keep them and no new ones could be made as the time available remained was too little (and according to him it would have taken 10 working days). In the end we agreed for a full refund, but, to my amazement, the following day I received an email saying that the patches would be made in time (despite the fact that on the phone it was repeated several times, even in a somewhat aggressive way, from him that there was no possibility) and even more incredible after only 8h from the email the order was ready, this made me feel somewhat mocked. However, it remains a well-made product.
