Per dirci questa cosa il tecnico ci ha messo meno di 5 minuti. Ci siamo riservati di decidere il da farsi e ci presentano il conto 50 euro la chiamata + 40 euro la diagnosi, sì la diagnosi di pochi minuti per dirci che probabilmente il condizionatore ha una perdita. Siamo rimasti senza parole e abbiamo chiamato l'ufficio per chiedere e per dire che al momento della chiamata non sono stati chiari, anzi volutamente ambigui per poter poi fare quello che hanno fatto . Attenzione a chiamarli,sono scorretti e da evitare! Experience to forget. I called them for an intervention on the air conditioner which turned out to have a leak as a gas discharge. Chiamati per fare manutenzione ad una caldaia che era senza da 10 anni il fantomatico tecnico l ha "completata" in 5 minuti. richiamati per un problema ai termosifoni il sedicente tecnico è riuscito solo a fare supposizioni...centralina...circuito dei termosifoni sporco..sensore.. ho capito la inesistente professionalità e vi supplico di evitarli come la peste...io pur di non vederli più cambierò con una vailant la caldaia. (stessa persona) ci dispiace della sua doppia recensione, lei ci ha chiamati perchè il condizionatore dava un codice di errore per il quale era necessario sostituire la scheda, per venirle incontro ne abbiamo sostituita una usata che lei aveva già anche se non è nostra prassi sostituire ricambi non originali o già usati su condizionatori , il tecnico ha comunque sostituito la scheda, come da lei richiesto anche per evitarle una spesa più alta, ovviamente non avendo fornito noi il pezzo in questo modo ha pagato solo la mano d'opera. Quando il tecnico è andato via ha lasciato il condizionatore funzionante e solo il giorno dopo ci ha ricontattati per un altro problema e subito ci siamo adoperati per capire il tipo di guasto, è stato anche contattato telefonicamente dal tecnico. Purtroppo si sono presentati altri guasti che solo dopo l’accensione con la sostituzione della scheda si potevano verificare (il suo condizionatore era bloccato con lampeggi al nostro primo intervento) e dato che la riparazione a questo punto sarebbe stata molto elevata le abbiamo fatto un preventivo per la sostituzione potendo usufruire delle agevolazioni fiscali. Ci sembra di aver lavorato in modo quanto più efficiente sia il personale dell'ufficio che il tecnico stesso. Siamo sempre a sua disposizione per qualsiasi cosa. Dopo vari tentativi ,avendo io una scheda dell'unità interna decide di provare a sostituirla per vedere se tante volte il guasto dipendeva dalla scheda. Dopo la sostituzione ha funzionato qualche ora e si è ripresentato lo stesso problema,il tutto con un costo di 150 euro,interpellato il tecnico la risposta è stata che il condizionatore era vecchio e andava sostituito.
