Rimango silenziosamente in attesa del mio turno vedendo e sentendo la maleducazione dell'addetto al banco (il sig. basso con capelli e barba bianchi) che si lamenta di qualsiasi cosa gli capiti trattando male le persone al telefono etc. Arriva finalmente il mio turno e vengo servito proprio dall'educatissimo signore. Chiedo informazioni per la caldaia. Lui senza alzare gli occhi e senza chiedermi nulla inizia (sempre in silenzio) a stilare un preventivo. Finisce, e qui il colpo di genio. Mi porge il foglio e senza dire nulla, ripeto NULLA, gira i tacchi e se ne va nel retro bottega senza neanche salutarmi. Ovviamente ho fatto presente la cosa agli altri addetti senza ricevere neanche un minimo di scuse. Contrariato dal comportamento maleducato e disdicevole accartoccio il loro preventivo e lo lancio dall'altra parte del banco e saluto. Ho girato su via casilina ad appena 200 metri da questa specie di negozio, e ho trovato un rivenditore serio, competente e professionale e dove ho finalmente acquistato la caldaia Spero che questo negozio chiuda presto.
