Ho mangiato degli ottimi bucatini alla Amatriciana: le porzioni sono davvero abbondanti! Consigliatissimo anche per il personale (molto gentile), per la velocità nel servizio e per la comoda posizione in centro, vicino la Metropolitana. Ci sono già tornata 2 volte e sono certa che non mancherà la terza! Characteristic place that recalls the classic Roman trattorias, menu at the height of the typical dishes of the Capital. I ate some excellent bucatini alla Amatriciana: the portions are really generous! Also highly recommended for the staff (very kind), for the speed of service and for the convenient location in the center, near the Metro. I've already been back 2 times and I'm sure there will be a third one!

Mi piacerebbe aver la possibilità di dare una votazione tra 0 e 10 così da poter dare un bel 8 a questo posto. Ma non si può, quindi opterò per 4 stelle su 5 Antipasti buoni: fiori di zucca molto buoni e ben fritti, verdure buone e ben saporite. Carbonara da 7/8. Vi parlo io che cucino solo poche cose, ma la carbonara la faccio da paura!!!! C'era poco pepe ed il guanciale andava cotto 37 secondi meno :P Cacio e Pepe buona, ma un pelo troppo densa. Bellissima serata karaoke comunque!!! Nice place, friendly and helpful waiters. Also very patient when customers get too painful;) Good traditional Roman dishes. I would like to have the opportunity to give a grade between 0 and 10 so I can give this place a nice 8. But you can't, so I'll opt for 4 out of 5 stars Good appetizers: very good and well fried courgette flowers, good and very tasty vegetables. Carbonara from 7/8. I'm talking to you that I only cook a few things, but I make carbonara scary !!!! There was little pepper and the bacon had to be cooked 37 seconds less: P Cacio e Pepe good, but a bit too dense. Beautiful karaoke night anyway !!!

Partiamo dal tagliere, la qualità innegabile e davvero eccellente i pezzettini di guanciale/pancetta croccante, però ecco un po' poco vario e poco ricco. Abbiamo provato cacio e pepe e carbonara. Buone, non abbondantissime. La cacio e pepe un pochino liquida cosa che a me personalmente non dispiace. Infine i dolci, tutti buoni ma anche lì qualche pecca. La torta di mele buona non asciutta ma poche mele, mentre la cheesecake al cioccolato aveva la base leggermente caramellata che per mio gusto personale rendeva il tutto troppo dolce. Rapporto qualità-prezzo non dei migliori. 24€ per una bottiglia del vino della casa mi sembra decisamente esagerato. L'ambiente un misto tra ristorante elegante e richiamo all'osteria romana alla mano. Good, not excellent. Let's say that a little more could be given with a little forethought. Let's start with the chopping board, the undeniable and truly excellent quality of the pieces of crispy bacon / bacon, but here is a little not very varied and not very rich. We tried cacio e pepe and carbonara. Good, not very abundant. The cacio e pepe a little liquid, which I personally don't mind. Finally the desserts, all good but even there some flaws. The good apple pie was not dry but a few apples, while the chocolate cheesecake had a slightly caramelized base which for my personal taste made it all too sweet. Value for money not the best. 24 € for a bottle of the house wine seems to me to be definitely exaggerated. The environment is a mixture of an elegant restaurant and a reminder of the easy-going Roman tavern.

Service was good as well, price is acceptable. Waiter has a little bit of attitude idk why… Recommended just for the food.
