A	Alessandro Personi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Cucina di valore € 23.500 saldata fino all'ultimo euro. Durante il montaggio hanno lasciato i mobili esposti alla pioggia senza coprirli. Dopo il montaggio sono tornati altre 2 volte senza essere riusciti - a tutto'oggi - ad allineare a regola d'arte gli sportelli, la lavastoviglie (che sfrega contro uno sportello) ed i forni. dopo 6 mesi dal montaggio la cappa segnalava i filtri da sostituire (che Falorni non vendono) e, smontando per andare ad inserire i nuovi, mi sono accorto che non avevano mai inserito i filtri al momento del montaggio, nè mi avevano mai informato che non la cappa sarebbe stata installata senza filtri. Ancora oggi (21 mesi dall'installazione) non sono tornati a registrare gli sportelli per il corretto allineamento, nonostante le richieste. Per di più i mobili hanno sportelli e rifiniture che si sono imbarcate e non mi sono ancora state sostituite; il lavello in ceramica ha perso il colore e non ho avuto neppure una punta di colore per eventuali ritocchi. Sconsiglio l'acquisto. Bad experience. Value kitchen € 23,500 paid up to the last euro. During assembly they left the furniture exposed to the rain without covering it. After assembly, they went back 2 more times without being able - to date - to perfectly align the doors, the dishwasher (which rubs against a door) and the ovens. 6 months after assembly, the hood indicated the filters to be replaced (which Falorni do not sell) and, disassembling to insert the new ones, I realized that they had never inserted the filters at the time of assembly, nor had they ever informed me that they did not the hood would have been installed without filters. Even today (21 months after installation) the counters for correct alignment have not returned, despite the requests. What's more, the furniture has doors and fittings that have embarked and have not yet been replaced; the ceramic sink has lost its color and I have not had even a hint of color for any retouching. I do not recommend buying.
