★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per nulla professionali, per un intervento riguardante le cimici sono arrivati, niente ispezione, spruzzato un pesticida random su tutta la stanza, preso i soldi e poi sono spariti nonostante le cimici siano tornate. Alla mia richiesta di un nuovo intervento (ovviamente a gratis visto che avevo già pagato) sono scomparsi. Sconsigliatissimo. Brutta esperienza davvero
Not at all professional, for an intervention concerning the bugs they arrived, no inspection, sprayed a random pesticide all over the room, took the money and then they disappeared despite the bugs being back. At my request for a new intervention (obviously for free since I had already paid) they disappeared. Not recommended. Bad experience indeed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centinaia di euro spesi per un intervento ridicolo: poche gocce di un prodotto comunissimo reperibile nei supermercati e qualche trappola, anche queste comunissime, avrei potuto fare da sola spendendo 20€. Mi sono sentita presa in giro. Problema ovviamente non risolto. Fortunatamente ho trovato un'altra azienda, questa volta realmente professionale, che ad un terzo del costo ha fatto un intervento serio e risolutivo.
Hundreds of euros spent on a ridiculous intervention: a few drops of a very common product available in supermarkets and some traps, even these very common, I could have done alone by spending 20 €. I felt made fun of. Obviously unsolved problem. Fortunately I found another company, this time really professional, which at a third of the cost made a serious and decisive intervention.

Contattati per un nido di calabroni nel cassone della tapparella e hanno mandato in giornata il disinfestatore.
Il lavoro è stato eseguito rapidamente ed una volta terminato l'operatore si è occupato della totale pulizia.
Personale cortese e qualificato.
