★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono diverse volte che capito in questo negozio e non mi sono mai trovata bene, ma questa mattina è stata il top.
Mi si impalla il cellulare, con il quale devo lavorare costantemente sono andata nel panico, quindi mi reco in questo negozio. Entro ed il pakistano nemmeno si alza dalla sedia mi avvicinò gli spiego il problema e mi dice di allontanarmi ed uscire dalla stanza... Ci mette davvero un secondo mi si era innescato il talk back ( che me lo spiega mio cugino dopo avergli raccontato l' accaduto) che lo rimuove con un semplice tocco... Non sapendo cosa mi era successo gli chiedo di spiegarmi nel caso ricapitasse . Con un fare di prepotenza mi dice che non può dirmelo è il suo lavoro e mi chiede x un secondo di lavoro 5 euro! Davvero disonesto oltre che maleducato.
Non ci tornerò mai più!!!
E comunque lo scorso anno mi era già capitato un altro problema che non mi hanno risolto. Lo sconsiglio.
I have understood this shop several times and I have never had a good time, but this morning was the top.

It really takes a second I had triggered the talk back (which my cousin explains to me after telling him about the happened) that removes it with a simple touch ... Not knowing what had happened to me, I ask him to explain to me in case it happens again. With an arrogance he tells me that he cannot tell me it is his job and he asks me for a second of work 5 euros! Really dishonest as well as rude.
I will never go back !!!
And anyway, last year I had another problem that didn't solve me. I do not recommend it.

Avevo necessità di una batteria per il mio cellulare e dopo 2 giorni mi ha telefonato per dirmi che era arrivata. Ha poi provveduto a inserirla nel cellulare e dato che c'erano problemi nell'accensione, si è adoperato fino a quando tutto è andato ok. Mi ha infine illustrato le particolarità di alcuni modelli di cellulari nuovi in vendita, dei quali avevo chiesto informazioni.
Penso che a volte, entrando in un negozio, ci lasciamo condizionare dal fatto che dobbiamo trattare le nostre necessità con una persona straniera. Mentre invece dovremmo valutare con ammirazione un cittadino del Bangladesh, in questo caso, che cerca di portare avanti un'attività di lavoro nel nostro Paese, che sappiamo bene non è facile.
