L'abbiamo chiamato in un momento di difficoltà poiché, durante un weekend fuori porta, nel momento in cui dovevamo andar via ci siamo accorti che l'auto del mio ragazzo non partiva a causa della batteria. Preciso che distavamo dall'elettrauto 11 km. Lui ci dice che la batteria è da sostituire, poi la carica utilizzando le pinze perché, a suo parere, in questo modo potremo utilizzarla il giorno seguente per provvedere alla sostituzione. Per questo servizio ha chiesto ben 50€. Inoltre appena è andato via l'auto non è più ripartita. Fortunatamente il giorno seguente abbiamo acquistato una batteria e un altro elettrauto ha provveduto alla sostituzione per soli 10€.
