Da consigliare con entusiasmo! Si sta come in famiglia ma con discrezione e tante attenzioni Delicious structure; perfectly integrated with the environment of the Itria Valley, with attention to the smallest details, princely breakfast, table set with great taste, the owners courteous, available and welcoming beyond all expectations. To be recommended with enthusiasm! You are like family but with discretion and lots of attention

Gestori cordiali, simpatici e molto alla mano ma sopratutto atsmosfera divertente e di casa. Al risveglio sul terrazzo oltre alla vista stupenda una colazione super abbandonante e ottima dal gusto sia dolce che salato Con prodotti casarecci. Consigliatissimo ci ritorneremo sicuramente Valentina e Raffaele ??☺️☺️☺️ We stayed just one night in this magical place with a wonderful view, accompanied by an open trulli. Room perfectly clean, and in order with very particular characteristics, reminiscent of a romantic love nest. Friendly, nice and very easy going managers but above all a fun and home atmosphere. Upon awakening on the terrace, in addition to the wonderful view, a super abandoned and excellent breakfast with a sweet and salty taste With homemade products. Highly recommended we will definitely return Valentina and Raffaele ??☺️☺️☺️

Abbiamo alloggiato due notti nella Junior suite, composta da tre trulli originali, con tutti i comfort, vasca idromassaggio con luci emozionali e arredamento antico meraviglioso, ti sembra di tornare indietro nel tempo e di farne parte. Per non parlare delle colazioni, dolci e salate, con prodotti tipici locali, perfino mozzarelline, burratine e friselle. Super consigliato. Peace, relaxation, Luca and Francesca's incomparable professionalism. We stayed two nights in the Junior suite, consisting of three original trulli, with all the comforts, whirlpool bath with emotional lights and wonderful antique furniture, you feel like you are going back in time and being part of it. Not to mention the breakfasts, sweet and savory, with typical local products, even mozzarella, burratine and friselle. Super recommended.

Su richiesta la vasca può esser montata all'interno del trullo in una stanza apposita. I proprietari gentilissimi e competenti. Torneremo. Each trullo is cared for down to the smallest detail, clean and comfortable. The outside area is super relaxing, loungers and a personal hot tub! On request, the tub can be mounted inside the trullo in a special room. The very kind and competent owners. We'll be back.

Ogni stanza ha fuori all esterno un suo spazio con gazebo x colazione e vasca idromassaggio..? Abbiamo dormito in un trullo, esperienza molto suggestiva... I proprietari luca e francesca sono fantastici gentili e attenti ad ogni esigenza dei loro ospiti.. Che dire della colazione....(un pranzo?) Consigliatissimo!!! Dimenticavo....anche il nostro barboncino willy è stato benissimo?? After a holiday in Salento we went in search of tranquility and relaxation .... Beautiful location .. Each room has its own space outside with a gazebo for breakfast and a whirlpool bath..? We slept in a trullo, a very suggestive experience ... The owners luca and francesca are fantastic, kind and attentive to every need of their guests. What about breakfast .... (a lunch?) Highly recommended !!! I forgot .... even our poodle willy had a great time??

I proprietari Francesca e Luca, si sono rivelati non solo molto professionali, ma anche appassionatissimi del proprio lavoro mettendosi a totale disposizione di ogni ospite. Le camere sono curate nei dettagli, ordinate e pulite. Ogni camera ha un proprio angolo relax, dotato di vasca idromassaggio e tavolo, che rende la permanenza ancor più significativa e rilassante. Il giardino è magnifico e pieno di fiori. All'occorrenza si può mangiare chiedendo disponibilità a Francesca e Luca, che cucinano pietanze squisite. Le colazioni sono abbondanti e si spazia da dolce a salato. Luca e Francesca rendono unico questo posto con la loro simpatia e la loro cura verso chi incontrano. Lo consiglio e sicuramente ci torneremo. My fiance and I stayed at the property for 5 nights. Villa Olimpia is not just a b & b, but a real experience of relaxation and sharing. The owners Francesca and Luca proved not only very professional, but also very passionate about their work, putting themselves at the complete disposal of every guest. The rooms are treated in detail, tidy and clean. Each room has its own relaxation corner, equipped with a whirlpool tub and table, which makes the stay even more meaningful and relaxing. The garden is magnificent and full of flowers. If necessary, you can eat by asking for availability to Francesca and Luca, who cook delicious dishes. Breakfasts are abundant and range from sweet to savory. Luca and Francesca make this place unique with their sympathy and their care for those they meet. I recommend it and will definitely be back.
