Stanze congelate, forse 5-6 gradi in più rispetto ai 2 fuori. Alle rimostranze arriva il "tecnico" del villaggio che sistema con una girata qui e un'accensione là, ovviamente temperatura invariata. Probabilmente accogliente d'estate, ma d'inverno non é affittabile, siamo in una situazione da denuncia. La notte al gelo si risolve con ben 8 euro di sconto e un'inutile conversazione con il saccente e zen "Alessio". Colazione? Inclusa? Le cialde per la macchinetta del caffè? Attendiamo con ansia la fattura. A star because less is impossible. € 83 per person for 12 people on December 31st. Owner, that Alessio, absent. Frozen rooms, maybe 5-6 degrees more than the 2 outside. The "technician" of the village arrives at the grievances and settles with a turn here and an ignition there, obviously the temperature remains unchanged. Probably welcoming in summer, but in winter it is not rentable, we are in a reporting situation. The freezing night is resolved with a good 8 euro discount and a useless conversation with the saccente and zen "Alessio". Breakfast? Included? The pods for the coffee machine? We look forward to the invoice.
C	Cucina Federica on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il posto non è solo INCANTEVOLE e panoramico, ma ha una buona energia, che sommata all'estrema cordialità di Alessio, il proprietario, rende questo posto una tappa obbligatoria! La colazione con vista non ha prezzo e le stanze sono arredate con un gusto eccellente. Il più bel regalo che ho fatto a mia mamma da qualche anno a questa parte! Torneremo :) The place is not only LOVELY and panoramic, but it has a good energy, which added to the extreme friendliness of Alessio, the owner, makes this place a must! The breakfast with a view is priceless and the rooms are furnished with excellent taste. The best gift I have given my mom in a few years now! We'll be back :)

Invece soggiornare qui è stata di per sé un’esperienza. Sembra di trovarsi in una dimensione a parte, in totale relax. Eppure i principali punti d’interesse si trovano ad una manciata di chilometri dal bnb. Abbiamo scelto la formula appartamento perché eravamo in 5 (2 adulti e 3 bambini) e abbiamo comunque gustato la colazione eccellente e abbondante, a base di torte, pane di vadi tipi, confetture e composte, preparata direttamente dal proprietario. Mi ha affascinato la scelta di arredare l’appartamento con materiale di recupero, perché oltre a creare un ambiente unico nel suo genere, riesce a sintetizzare perfettamente l’idea che sta alla base di questa magnifica struttura. We thought we would use the apartment as a simple point of support for the stages of our tour in the Valle d’Itria. Instead, staying here was an experience in itself. It seems to be in a separate dimension, in total relaxation. Yet the main points of interest lie a few kilometers from the bnb. We chose the apartment formula because we were 5 (2 adults and 3 children) and we still enjoyed the excellent and plentiful breakfast, made with cakes, bread of various types, jams and compotes, prepared directly by the owner. I was fascinated by the choice of furnishing the apartment with recycled material, because in addition to creating a unique environment, it manages to perfectly summarize the idea behind this magnificent structure.
C	Carlotta Zanfardin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un'esperienza da vivere. Abbiamo passato 12 giorni in Puglia con base al B&B In Fondo Alla Strada. Posizione strategica, cucina locale, panorama incantevole, staff simpaticissimo. Locorotondo, Alberobello, Monopoli, Polignano, Martina Franca, Ostuni... sono tutte cittadine facilmente raggiungibili dal b&b, a pochi km di distanza. La colazione viene servita sotto la veranda con vista sulla Val d'Itria ed è super genuina: pane, brioche e torte fatti in casa sono accompagnati da frutta fresca, gran parte della quale è colta dagli alberi della zona. Il titolare Alessio, gentile e disponibile, di tanto in tanto organizza grigliate e panzerottate fenomenali. Menzione particolare merita lo chef Gianni: vulcanico in cucina, di gran compagnia, violinista sorprendente e dal cuore spropositato. La struttura è una dimora rurale, arredata in stile rustico e senza condizionatori ma la notte la temperatura scende parecchio quindi non se ne sente assolutamente la mancanza. Situata sul versante di una collina della Selva di Fasano, bisogna prendere un po' la mano per raggiungerla in auto ma una volta lì sei in paradiso, lontano dal caos cittadino. Abbiamo trovato il posto esattamente come descritto nel sito internet e siamo rimasti soddisfatti. Non è certamente una soluzione adatta a chi cerca la vacanza lussuosa, la piscina, il fronte mare, i negozi dietro l'angolo. An experience to live. We spent 12 days in Puglia based on the B&B in the back of the street. Strategic position, local cuisine, enchanting panorama, very nice staff. Locorotondo, Alberobello, Monopoli, Polignano, Martina Franca, Ostuni ... are all easily accessible from the b & b, a few miles away. Breakfast is served under the veranda overlooking the Val d'Itria and is super genuine: bread, croissants and homemade cakes are accompanied by fresh fruit, much of which is picked from the trees in the area. The proprietor Alessio, kind and helpful, occasionally organizes phenomenal barbecues and panzerottate. The chef Gianni deserves a special mention: volcanic in the kitchen, great company, surprising violinist and disproportionate heart. The structure is a rural dwelling, furnished in a rustic style and without conditioners, but at night the temperature drops a lot so you really don't miss it. Located on the slope of a hill in the Selva di Fasano, you have to take your hand to reach it by car but once there you are in paradise, away from the chaos of the city. We found the place exactly as described on the website and were satisfied. It is certainly not a suitable solution for those looking for a luxurious vacation, the pool, the seafront, the shops around the corner.
