Non posso dire male ma neanche bene perché al rientro hanno tardato a riconsegnare la macchina, quando ho telefonato hanno detto che la macchina non partiva perché la batteria era un po' scarica, peccato che era la stessa scusa usata la volta prima con un mio amico , stesse parole , avrebbero fatto meglio a dire che erano in ritardo di 20 minuti e basta . In conclusion.... Servizio di riconsegna: INACCETTABILE, tempo di attesa di circa 30 minuti. Ora: mi è stato riferito che l'auto era uscita dal parcheggio, ma mi è stata riconsegnata dopo ulteriori 20 minuti (ne erano già passati 10 dalla prima chiamata). Stando a quanto riferito, ed escludendo un'altrettanto inaccettabile menzogna al telefono e negligenza nel far uscire l'auto dal parcheggio in tempi ragionevoli, se ci vogliono 20 minuti per arrivare, significa che il parcheggio ê troppo lontano dai terminal di fiumicino. In effetti mi ê stata riconsegnata l'auto con circa 20 km in più, quindi circa 10km ad andare e 10 km a tornare. Qualunque scusa possano avanzare i responsabili, resta inteso che non userò più un servizio che mi fa attendere 30 minuti per la riconsegna dell'auto. All'andata nel tentativo di consegnare l'auto, ho dovuto effettuare ben 22 chiamate al numero fisso sempre occupato, (non pensavo fosse necessario portarsi dietro anche i numeri di celluòlare degli opertori) ho cerctao i cellulari sul web e li non erano presenti, ho rimendiato infine il numero di cellulare dall'utente che mi aveva consigliato il servizio. Alla fine quando sono riuscito a comunicare nussuno mi ha detto che la consegna andava effettuata solo sotto il ponte, e non genericament al terminal T1. In totale dalla prima chiamata alla consegna dell chiavi sono passati 37 minuti. Al ritiro, incontrato l'addetto sotto il ponte chiamandolo all'orario previsto 20.30 ed ho atteso esattamente 56 minuti causa traffico sulle strade di Fiumicino. In sostanza un disservizio organizzato. Bad service. Ho usato il servizio a luglio per un viaggio con le amiche, quando siamo atterrate abbiamo chiamato più volte l'autista perchè non riuscivamo a capire dove ci stesse aspettando, il risultato? 70,00 euro di multa per sosta superiore ai 15 minuti in aeroporto presa praticamente da loro visto che la telecamera in uscita ci ha ripreso 4 minuti dopo la consegna dell'auto. Se utilizzate questo servizio e non corrette o magari sbagliate uscita appena atterrati, vi fanno prendere 70 euro di multa, non vi dicono nulla, non vi avvisano delle telecamere e quando li ricontattate per essere risarciti vi dicono che sono affari vostri e che loro non rispondono. Attenti perchè è luxury davvero, praticamente due giorni di parcheggio mi sono costati 100 euro, Absolutely not recommended !! Non ho mai atteso oltre 10 minuti. Mi hanno sempre inviato la fattura via email. Se vuoi ti lavano anche la macchina. Penso che continuerò ad usarli.
