Molto contenta e soddisfatta della mia esperienza. Katya è uno splendore di persona, molto attenta a quello che fa.... al suo lavoro e soprattutto a mettere a proprio agio le proprie clienti. La sua mamma un amore anche lei, veramente uno splendore di donna ..... per quanto riguarda il lavoro, molto preparata, sa consigliare benissimo e usa veramente prodotti di altissima qualità. Backstory- I have Dreamhair extensions from a Kelly Cardenas Salon in Las Vegas and I was traveling around Europe for 5 months and needed a refresh after 8 weeks. Katya quoted me 190euro to take them out, get new tape and put them back in (in Las Vegas at a TOP brand salon I would pay 130euro for the same service). 3 days before our initial appointment I rescheduled. The day of our appointment she texted me 55 min before my appointment and told me she only had time to take them out but I would have to wait and come back 5 days later to get them put back in… I was in disbelief and disappointed but from my research it seemed like she was the only option and according to reviews she was excellent so I decided to reschedule for a day she was available to do the entire service in one setting. When I arrived Katya was very gracious and kind however she put me with an older lady to take out my extensions. That lady was very rough and when pulling out the extensions she was damaging my own hair when it was getting intertwined at the ends. I asked if it was her first time doing that and they assured me no. She was also throwing my 600$ hair in a pile, very unorganized and messy… I was already getting worried about this place. Katya jumped in and apologized and removed my hair knots very gently and professionally. Then I was moved back to the older lady for a shampoo. I 100% believe this lady never learned how to be a professional hairdresser or was just a very terrible one. It was the worst shampoo I’ve ever gotten in my life! So sloppy… Then she started blow drying my hair, if you can call it that! She was apathetically looking outside the window while trying to blow dry my hair!!! I almost lost it! I asked her to stop and blow dried my own hair. I honestly don’t know why she is employed at a place that has so many 5* reviews but I felt it was so unprofessional and inadequate for the price I was supposed to pay! Finally Katya put my extensions in … and when I got home and felt them I noticed the tape is almost 1 cm away from my scalp… which is completely pointless for me to have done!!! I understand Italy is not USA and again Katya was very sweet and grateful but I feel ripped off when receiving service from someone who completely lacks talent with basic hairdresser qualities like this older lady, blow drying my own hair and then getting my extensions placed where they would be if they had grown out for 3-4 weeks! I am extremely upset and it’s really sad because Katya is such a sweet lady … but today was a cruel joke!

Katia did a wonderful job on my hair! It turned out looking amazing. I have dameged and sensitive hair, but she did everything I asked for and more. Finally I’ve got shining hair! I would recommend Luxury Extension Palermo to all, especially those who have problems with their hair. Thank you Katia for your wonderful work! ありがとうカティア！

This hair salon is amazing! Katya is great at giving you what you want but at the same time she is not afraid to give you advice and suggestions if you ask for it. I always end up going with what she suggests, and she always nails it! Prices are very fair for the quality of work. I was lucky I found this place!
