Ero già stata in questo centro estetico tramite un coupon nel 2017 della quale poi mi convinsero a comprare il pacchetto completo elargendo un discreto importo.
Non avevano mai posto per prenotare facevo una seduta ogni 10 giorni se andava bene.... Tornai dopo qualche mese dato che mi rimanevano ancora sedute già pagate e mi dissero che erano SCADUTE!! CAPISCO CHE IL COUPON POSSA SCADERE MA NON MI AVEVANO ACCENNATO NIENTE RIGUARDO ALL' "ESPANSIONE" CHE HO pagato in negozio.
Sono passati 5 anni ed ho provato a dargli una nuova chance comprando un coupon per un' altro servizio e mi dicono che non è possibile farlo perché ho già usato un coupon per un trattamento che si fa alla solita macchina anche se differente per nome e prezzo 5 anni prima.Ovviamente Groupon non rende soldi ma mi ha fatto un credito.
Sconsiglio a tutti questo centro.
Già dimenticavo avevo anche comprato nel 2017 a prezzo pieno una pulizia viso per mia madre.

I had already been to this beauty center through a coupon in 2017 of which they then convinced me to buy the complete package by giving a decent amount.
They never had room to book I did a session every 10 days if it went well .... I came back after a few months as I still had paid sessions left and they told me they were EXPIRED !! I UNDERSTAND THAT THE COUPON MAY EXPIRY BUT THEY HAD NOT MENTIONED NOTHING ABOUT THE "EXPANSION" I paid for in the shop.
5 years have passed and I tried to give it a new chance by buying a coupon for another service and they tell me that it is not possible to do so because I have already used a coupon for a treatment that is done to the usual machine even if different in name and price 5 years ago. Of course Groupon doesn't make any money but they gave me a credit.
I do not recommend this center to everyone.
I already forgot I had also bought a facial cleansing for my mother in 2017 at full price.
