Ho chiesto una tinta semipermanente e la risposta è stata "ho solo tinte permanenti, ma questo colore con l'ossigeno diventa semipermanente", da comune mortale conosco la differenza tra una tinta permanente e una semipermanente. Le ho anche spiegato che volevo solamente qualcosa che si potesse togliere facilmente in futuro e in modo arrogante ha chiesto se fossi stata una parrucchiera (purtroppo non lo sono). La seguente risposta della signora è stata "EH ALLORA SE NON SEI UNA PARRUCCHIERA" (con tanto di smorfia). Non credo ci sia da aggiungere altro.
The staff are incompetent and don't know how to stand in the public. I asked for a semi-permanent color and the answer was "I only have permanent colors, but this color becomes semi-permanent with oxygen", as a mere mortal I know the difference between a permanent and a semi-permanent color. I also explained to her that I just wanted something that could be easily removed in the future and arrogantly asked if I had been a hairdresser (sadly I'm not). The following response from the lady was "EH THEN IF YOU ARE NOT A HAIRDRESS" (with a lot of grimace). I don't think there is anything else to add.
