β β β β β If you want to shop at Lush, be prepared. Upon setting your foot in the store (or any Lush store in general), a staff member will immediately jump on you. If you tell them you don't need help, another one will ask you a few minutes later. Pick up one product, they'll make you try 3 others. I adore Lush products but shopping in physical stores honestly give me anxiety.

β β β β β The staff was very friendly and helped us choose what we wanted. A good variety of products. Unfortunately we were charged full price for products at 50% sale. We returned the following day and got our money back, but still we lost some time because of this incident.

β β β β β A very cool store with homemade soap and bath bombs. My girlfriend loved it and wanted to see and smell everything on both floors. The staff is very motivated, energetic and helpful. This was some of the best service i had in Milan. You could see demonstrations and try products before buying them. Amazing place!
