Credo sia orribile fare pagare 2 bicchieri d'acqua frizzante 0,40 € ad un cliente che prende un caffè.
E credo sia ancora più terribile montare una polemica di 20 minuti col cliente che si lamenta.
Ovviamente nessuno scontrino.
Di sicuro non ci metterò piú piede.
Premise: I have been coming to this bar occasionally for about 10 years and have never had any problems.
I think it is horrible to charge 2 glasses of sparkling water € 0.40 to a customer who has a coffee.
And I think it's even more terrible to mount a 20-minute controversy with the complaining customer.
Obviously no receipt.
I'm sure I won't set foot there again.
