★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato per errore un ricambio. Quando mi sono accorto dell'errore ho contattato il customer service che si è prodigato per capire il problema. Quando è stato accertato che non dipendeva da Lumicom, ho chiesto il rimborso. Ho spedito giustamente a mie spese il pezzo e dopo pochi giorni ho ricevuto il bonifico comprensivo anche delle spese di spedizione che hanno sostenuto per inviarlo la prima volta.
Direi servizio IMPECCABILE. BRAVI
I ordered a spare part by mistake. When I noticed the error, I contacted the customer service that worked hard to understand the problem. When it was ascertained that it did not depend on Lumicom, I asked for a refund. I sent the piece right at my expense and a few days later I received the transfer including the shipping costs they claimed to send the first time.
I would say IMPECCABLE service. GOOD

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un lampadario su questo sito, dopo più di una settimana non mi arrivava, ho sollecitato la situazione e mi è stato detto che non era stato inviato per un problema di contabilizzazione del pagamento.
Risolto tutto, mi hanno spedito il lampadario, arrivato regolarmente, dentro comunque mancava il kit di montaggio ( stop e vite) nonostante c'è scritto che è compreso.
I bought a chandelier on this site, after more than a week it did not arrive, I solicited the situation and was told that it was not sent due to a payment accounting problem.
Solved everything, they sent me the chandelier, it arrived regularly, however the assembly kit (stop and screw) was missing inside, despite the fact that it is included.

Abbiamo acquistato due dimensioni diverse dello stesso prodotto (LOUIE SOSPENSIONE):una sospensione di diametro 33 e una di 57. Le due sospensioni sono risultate strutturalmente diverse e l'effetto finale, una volta appese, pessimo. A parità di diametro della lampadina, in foto è visibile che nella sospensione più piccola la lampadina esce fuori dal cono mentre in quella grande resta chiusa all'interno del cono. Abbiamo provato ad usare lampadine più piccole ma il risultato non cambia. Inoltre sono diverse anche le lunghezze dei fili mentre sul sito si scrive che le lunghezze sono identiche. L'azienda non ha saputo trovarmi una soluzione. Insomma, Lumicom non è affidabile.
NEGATIVE experience with Lumicom products!
We bought two different sizes of the same product (LOUIE SUSPENSION): a suspension with a diameter of 33 and one of 57. The two suspensions were structurally different and the final effect, once hung, was very bad. With the same diameter of the bulb, in the photo it is visible that in the smallest suspension the bulb comes out of the cone while in the large one it remains closed inside the cone. We tried to use smaller bulbs but the result doesn't change. In addition, the lengths of the threads are also different while on the site it is written that the lengths are identical. The company was unable to find a solution for me. In short, Lumicom is not reliable.
