★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordinato un bellissimo lampadario a sospensione a dicembre, arrivato dopo quasi 2 mesi con un pezzo(il più importante perché è quello che lo fa accendere) rotto, riordinato e ancora in attesa....quanti altri mesi dovranno passare?
Ordered a beautiful pendant chandelier in December, arrived after almost 2 months with a piece (the most important because it is the one that makes it light up) broken, tidied up and still waiting .... how many more months will have to pass?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato una lampada a sospensione. Esteticamente ottima, ma ritengo indecente e scandaloso, che per 400 euro, i perni a vite che fissano i cavi di sospensione siano interamente in plastica, e pure quelli di sicurezza! Inoltre perfino i cinesi sanno che la piastra di fissaggio a muro devono avere un foro fisso e un altro ad asola per gestire meglio il piazzamento dritto della lampada. Ma questi qui no! 3 ore vere per piazzare una, e pure storta! In più i cavi di sospensione, che appunto vengono fissati nel perno in plastica, sono anche il positivo e il negativo per alimentare la lampada stessa, ed ovviamente sono danneggiati, nel tentativo di trovare la sistemazione in bolla. Marca, per quanto mi riguarda, pessima.
I bought a pendant lamp. Aesthetically excellent, but I consider it indecent and scandalous, that for 400 euros, the screw pins that fix the suspension cables are entirely made of plastic, and so are the safety ones! Furthermore, even the Chinese know that the wall fixing plate must have a fixed hole and another slotted hole to better manage the straight placement of the lamp. But not these here! 3 real hours to place one, and even wrong! In addition, the suspension cables, which are fixed in the plastic pin, are also the positive and negative to power the lamp itself, and obviously they are damaged, in an attempt to find the accommodation level. Brand, as far as I'm concerned, very bad.
