★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perché non si può dare zero. Consegne che ci mettono 15 giorni per arrivare a destinazione e quando arrivano sono tutte danneggiate. Nessuno che risponde al telefono e alle email. Pessimo!
Because you can't give zero. Deliveries that take 15 days to reach their destination and when they arrive are all damaged. Nobody answering the phone and emails. Terrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi avvisano che il giorno dopo avrebbero fatto una consegna (per conto di Ikea). Resto in casa tutta la giornata, ma non si presenta nessuno. Alle 17 li chiamo per sentirmi dire che non hanno avuto il tempo di fare la consegna e che l'avrebbero fatta il giorno dopo come prima consegna. Ovviamente non sono stata la prima consegna perché sono arrivati quasi alle 14. Per di più nel foglio mi ritrovo scritto che qualche giorno prima avevano tentato la consegna, ma in casa non c'era nessuno... bel modo di togliersi da ogni responsabilità.
They warn me that the next day they would make a delivery (on behalf of Ikea). I stay at home all day, but nobody shows up. At 5 pm I call them to be told that they did not have time to make the delivery and that they would do it the next day as the first delivery. Obviously I was not the first delivery because they arrived almost at 2. Moreover, in the sheet I find myself written that a few days before they had tried the delivery, but there was no one at home ... nice way to get rid of all responsibility.
