S	Simona Bravi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Punto prelievi la maleducazione regna sovrana, per errore visto che è più di 3 anni che non vengo passo dall ascensore laterale, in quanto ho pagato la prestazione all ingresso nuovo, entro , e ovviamente con fare arrogante mi viene detto questa chi è ( come fossi un animale) poi apriamo alle 7.15 erano le 7.10 e mi fanno notare che L ingresso è un altro … Non sa che c’è il COVID… siamo in Italia… premessa si siamo in Italia ma esiste anche gente onesta che può sbagliare non volontariamente!!!!! Questa sera mio padre è entrato per una ferita urgente alla mano ed è stato trattato malissimo dal personale che continuava a dargli del tu (a differenza di altri pazienti italiani ai quali veniva dato del lei) e a urlargli in faccia se capisse l'italiano, nonostante mio padre viva in Italia da 50 anni e si esprima benissimo in 3 lingue. Vi consiglio di imparare un po' di decenza di base (siamo nel 2021 se non ve ne siete accorti) e, se siete di turno all'accoglienza, il vostro compito è accogliere, appunto, non insultare. If they could give 0 stars I would give them. Emergency room staff rude and racist towards anyone who is not white and is not called "Mario Rossi". Courtesy, nice and kind welcome, professional nurses, no frills but still kind and affable, the same I can say about the welcome upon acceptance, patience and a smile.

Con l' azoto si va piano non è che devi spruzzarmelo su tutta la mano incompetenti che non siete altro!!!!! Andate a casa e cambiate mestiere ??? Tutto il personale dal primo all'ultimo di una gentilezza estrema. Non mi sono sentita sola. Per non parlare poi in sala operatoria! Sono riuscita anche a ridere nonostante avessi una paura allucinante! C'è stata un'infermiera che mi ha fatto parlare tutto il tempo e quindi non mi sono resa conto quasi di quello che mi stavano facendo! Quindi bravi bravi e bravi!! E grazie a tutti! I went to the Lugo hospital to have a lipoma removed. What to say? Very positive experience. All the staff from the first to the last of an extreme kindness. I didn't feel alone. Not to mention in the operating room! I even managed to laugh despite having a hallucinating fear! There was a nurse who made me talk all the time so I hardly realized what they were doing to me!
