★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La prima volta che ho accompagnato mia figlia di 3 anni mi è piaciuta la ludoteca perché c'era solo una ragazza, tra l'altro molto gentile e affabile con i bambini. La seconda volta erano in due ed era sabato.
Purtroppo ho ritardato qualche minuto e la signorina all'accoglienza era molto nervosetta. Dopo aver pagato la signorina ha iniziato a gridare x far uscire velocemente la bambina. Quando mia figlia è uscita, lei ha incominciato a dirle: "Tu qui non vieni più, non ti voglio perché sei monella", naturalmente la bambina ha pianto perché è sempre una bimba di 3 anni.
Ora dico: Io ho sbagliato perché sono arrivata in ritardo di 3 minuti, mia figlia sarà stata pure monella perché era solo la seconda volta che la portavo in un posto con altri bimbi ed ancora non è organizzata..., ma in ogni caso ritardo o no, un bimbo deve quanto meno essere invitato ad uscire usando un pò di gentilezza, non pretendevo altro! Per educazione mi sono scusata anche per mia figlia, ma certo questo rospo me lo dovevo togliere dalla gola. Certo non porterò più mia figlia lì a giocare.
 The first time I accompanied my 3 year old daughter I liked the toy library because there was only one girl, among other things very kind and affable with children. The second time they were two and it was Saturday.
Unfortunately I delayed a few minutes and the young lady at the reception was very nervous. After paying, the young lady started screaming to get the baby out quickly. When my daughter went out, she started to say to her: "You don't come here anymore, I don't want you because you're rotten", of course the girl cried because she's always a 3 year old girl.
Now I say: I was wrong because I arrived 3 minutes late, my daughter will have been bratty too because it was only the second time I took her to a place with other children and it is still not organized ..., but in any case I am late or not, a child must at least be invited to go out using a little kindness, I didn't expect anything else! Out of education I also apologized for my daughter, but surely I had to take this toad out of my throat. Of course I will no longer take my daughter there to play.

Sicuramente, un posto dove mia figlia non metterà più piede!
Mia figlia, 4 anni, non parla italiano, strafelice di poter stare a giocare sebbene il sito è molto piccolo, viene letteralmente buttata fuori dopo appena 20 minuti, perchè le due "signorine" che dovrebbero gestire la struttura, non sono totalmente gentili con i bimbi, non sono capaci di interagire con loro, se come ovvio, bimbi di questa età sono esuberanti, se non si riesce a gestirli sarebbe meglio cambiare lavoro!
Dietro mia richiesta di motivazione, mi è stato risposto che la bimba non seguiva ciò che le chiedevano, mia figlia a parte che non conosce l'italiano, ma come si pretende che bimbi piccoli, debbano giocare in maniera "tranquilla"? Sono davvero rimasto malissimo per tutto ciò, oltre al fatto della reazione di mia figlia, che è comunque abituata a frequentare siti del genere e mai e poi mai, ha incontrato una gestione talmente assurda, probabilmente impiegate improvvisate perchè se fai un lavoro del genere, devi amare i bambini...
Per finire, mi è stata richiesta la somma per un'ora di gioco (giustificando che la cifra è relativa all'ingresso), ma ovviamente, loro possono così decidere quanto tempo deve stare un bimbo dentro, se è da loro tollerato, dunque i vostri figli non hanno frequentato collegi svizzeri, meglio non portarli altrimenti rischiate di fargli avere una grande delusione...

Upon my request for motivation, I was told that the child did not follow what they asked her, apart from my daughter who does not know Italian, but how do you expect small children to play in a "quiet" way? I was really upset about all this, in addition to the fact of the reaction of my daughter, who is still used to attending such sites and never, ever, met such absurd management, probably improvised employees because if you do such a job, you must love children ...
Finally, I was asked for the sum for an hour of play (justifying that the amount is relative to the entrance), but obviously, they can thus decide how long a child must stay inside, if it is tolerated by them, therefore the your children have not attended Swiss boarding schools, better not take them otherwise you risk making them feel bad ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il mio bimbo di 1 anno e mezzo si è recato correndo verso l'ingresso dei gonfiabili avendo visto bimbi all'interno. Io ovviamente lo stavo fermando per chiedere se prendevano bimbi così piccoli ma non ho fatto in tempo che la signorina addetta alla gestione gli ha sbattuto la porticina in faccia. Ho chiesto da che etá potessero entrare i bambini e mi ha risposto scontrosamente dai tre anni, senza nemmeno guardarmi in faccia. Lui ovviamente é scoppiato a piangere ma il punto é che una persona che detesta i bambini non può lavorare in un posto del genere. Ai bambini parli con gentilezza e dolcezza, non gli sbatti la porta in faccia. Quando compirá tre anni ovviamente non metterá piede in un posto del genere, e se potrò sconsigliarlo alle altre mamme della zona lo faró certamente. Vergognatevi!
My 1 and a half year old son went running towards the entrance of the inflatables having seen children inside. Obviously I was stopping him to ask if they were taking such small children but I didn't have time that the young lady in charge of the management slammed the door in his face. I asked from what age the children could enter and he replied gruffly from the age of three, without even looking me in the face. He obviously burst into tears but the point is that a person who hates children cannot work in such a place. You talk to the children with kindness and sweetness, you don't slam the door in their face. When she turns three she obviously won't set foot in such a place, and if I can advise against it to other mothers in the area, I certainly will. Shame on you!
