Dopo 7 mesi ho avuto un problema classico per la stessa auto di 10 anni e sono stati disponibili senza battere ciglio per risolvere il problema.
Davvero molto gentili
Mai ho conosciuto un concessionario serio come loro.

I bought a used car from them but in excellent condition, they were honest and very professional. Car delivered with maintenance required before delivery.
After 7 months I had a classic problem for the same 10-year-old car and they were available without batting an eyelid to solve the problem.
Really very kind
I have never known a serious dealer like them.

Sono rimasto impressionato dalla dinamicità di Marcello! salta da una macchina all' altra e da ascolto a diverse persone che lo inseguono .Davvero 5 stelle meritate.
I bought a second-hand from them, the agreed work, all done. some problems encountered after delivery were solved without any discussion. Available and very kind. Serious and professional dealers. I was impressed by Marcello's dynamism! he jumps from car to car and listens to several people chasing him. Really deserved 5 stars.

causa di un imprevisto mi sono fermato in albergo ed al momento di pagare l'albergatore mi dice che e' stato gia' pagato da Lucchesi auto.Assistenza post vendita ottima . Il sig. Massimiliano mi ha seguito costantemente per risolvere un problema sopravvenuto all'auto dopo circa tremila km. Problema risolto senza rimetterci una lira, anzi euro. Auto molto bella e nonostante i suoi quattro anni abbondanti sembra nuova di fabbrica. Di nuovo complimenti ed ovviamente consigliatissimi

due to an unforeseen event, I stopped at the hotel and at the time of paying the hotelier told me that it was already paid for by Lucchesi auto. Excellent after-sales assistance. Mr. Massimiliano followed me constantly to solve a problem that occurred to the car after about three thousand km. Problem solved without losing a lira, or rather euro. Very nice car and despite its abundant four years it looks like new from the factory. Again congratulations and obviously highly recommended

What a super service, really helpful in making the purchase of the vehicle very smooth.
