We came in for specific issue on tooth 37. EMAILED confirm it’s a free consultation. Prior to our visit, we provided in emails x rays took in USA 2 weeks ago, AND x rays taken 1 day before the appointment from other Rome dentistry (they gave free exam & free x rays). Surprisingly, during the consultation Dr. Luca said he will take x rays, we thought it’s part of free exam, so went along with it. UNFORTUNATELY, OFFICE ASKED US TO PAY FOR €150, or we can’t leave. DENTIST LUCA & STAFF ARE UNETHICAL, BECAUSE WE CAME IN FOR TOOTH 37 specifically, BUT HE TOOK WHOLE MOUTH X RAYS, NOT on #37. Why were we forced to paying? Dr. LUCA NEVER ADDRESS HOW HE WILL TREAT OUR PROBLEMS, NOR DID HE MENTION MATERIALS & METHOD HE WILL TAKE, ONLY PROVIDE QUOTE WITHOUT DETAILS. OH, another RIDICULOUS AREA IS HE NEVER CHECK HIS CALENDAR ON HOW SOON OR WHEN HE WILL BE AVAILABLE TO PERFORM THE TREATMENT, while the in-person visit. RUN AWAY FROM THIS SCAM PRACTICE! He is CHEATING THE AMERICANS who don’t know Italian.
